Construction content: The total investment of the project is about 13.89 million yuan. The existing 3# factory building in Wenxin No. 2 Plant is used to produce new sprayer accessories, mainly using processing techniques such as granulation, extrusion, and winding, and the introduction of domestic advanced extrusion After the completion of the project, the production line, winding machine, and other equipment will form an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of sprayer accessories. The sprayer accessories produced are mainly rubber hoses and hoses, all of which are equipped for self-use in a factory.

The project is located in Plot C-10-01, Phase III of Shitang, Taizhou Bay Concentration Area, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province (Wenxin Second Plant).

3. Forecast of major environmental impacts

(1) Exhaust gas

According to engineering analysis, the project's waste gas is mainly feed dust, pelletizing, and extrusion waste gas.

After the process waste gas of the project is processed, the emission of waste gas-related pollutants such as ingredients, pelletizing, and extrusion can meet the relevant limit requirements in the "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996).

(2) Wastewater

According to the aforementioned analysis, the project wastewater is mainly domestic sewage.

Domestic sewage is pre-treated in septic tanks reaches the standard, and then connected to the surrounding municipal sewage pipe network and sent to Taizhou Water Treatment Development Co., Ltd. for treatment. The project wastewater has little impact on the surrounding water environment.

(3) Noise

The noise source during the operation of this project is mainly equipment operation noise. After implementing the sound insulation and vibration reduction measures and distance attenuation recommended in this environmental assessment, the noise at the factory boundary can meet the requirements of the 3rd and 4th acoustic environment in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008). After the operation of the project, the noise will have little impact on the surrounding acoustic environment.

(4) Solid waste

According to the foregoing analysis, the waste generated by this project includes plastic scraps, waste hydraulic oil, waste raw material barrels, waste packaging materials, and domestic garbage.

For the general industrial solid waste management requirements of this project, the construction unit shall comply with the "General Industrial Solid Waste Storage and Landfill Pollution Control Standard" (GB18599-2020). General solid waste shall not be stacked in the open, and the storage point shall be protected from rain and seepage.

For hazardous solid wastes such as waste lubricating oil, classified collection and temporary storage shall be carried out by the requirements of "Hazardous Waste Storage Pollution Control Standards" (GB18597-2001) and "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of Hazardous Wastes of Construction Projects", and set up dedicated hazardous waste storage Places and storage floors must be hardened and treated with anti-corrosion and anti-seepage treatment. Collect and temporarily store hazardous solid waste, and then send it to a qualified unit for processing. Hazardous wastes of the project shall not be scattered randomly and shall be properly stored to prevent secondary pollution caused by sun, rain, and leakage. The transfer and disposal of hazardous wastes shall be handled by the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Exchange and Transfer of Hazardous Wastes of Zhejiang Province". Transfer approval procedures. At the same time, for the collection and management of hazardous wastes, full-time management personnel are required, and enterprises should establish a standardized accounting system.

The types of solid waste generated after the operation of this project are clear and can be treated in a timely and reasonable manner without significant impact on the surrounding environment.
